SHORT EXPERIENCE

This is an exciting snowmobile safari for the beginners as well as more experienced drivers. After the safety and driving instructions, we drive by snowmobiles through snowy forests, on frozen lakes and swamps.

Our skilled snowmobile guide teaches you the driving techniques, how to cross the roads and drive safely on the ice.

THE TOP OF SUOMU FELL

Drive snowmobile to the top of the fell through the beautiful winter landscape, go up to the ski mountain with our trained guides, we also will prepare coffee over the campfire in a traditional Finnish style.

At the fell top, when we arrive at destination, you will have time to explore the surrounding nature and to experience the silence of nature independently. The landscape provides the perfect setting for photography

AURORA HUNTING

Snowmobiling at night to top of Suomu mountain where you can have good view and possibility to see the aurora, at site our guide makes a camp fire, listen to the stories and facts about northern light.

We also prepare the Finnish sausage and hot juice with camp fire, enjoy the environment that has no light pollution, and an amazing view of milky way and shooting stars.

With the good luck, we can catch the bright dancing lights!

KÄSMÄ RIVER

Snowmobile Safari to Käsmäjoki hanging bridge takes participants to the midst of a snowy forest. Beautiful snowy trees and the hanging bridge in the forest offer a great escape from everyday life to the silence of nature.

There is a modern kota-building in the area where our trained guide will cook coffee over a campfire in a traditional Finnish style.

The participants will have time to independently explore a Finnish forest by walking in the surroundings of the kota. This safari departs from Hotel Suomutunturi.

VILMAVAARA

Have snowmobile safari to Vilmavaara, this is a trip which offers great driving experience and combined with the beautiful scenery with wilderness of Lapland. The safari departs from the Hotel Suomutunturi and drive through scenic landscapes to vilmavaara fell top, the distance is about 25 kilometres away.

There is a wind- sheltered kota-building on the top, at there the coffee will be prepared over a campfire. The participants have an opportunity to experience the picturesque fell landscapes of Lapland. The fell is also an excellent location for witnessing the Northern Lights, since there is no light pollution.
