Responsibility and safety in Suomu
At Suomu resort, we aim to build a responsible and safe working and leisure environment. We regularly inspect and maintain our facilities and equipment, and we ensure that our staff have comprehensive training, both at the ski resort and on safaris. Our professional staff are always on hand to help and ready to intervene in the event of an incident. It is important to us that you enjoy your stay and ski safely.
Holiday with peace of mind
For us, it's all about safety. When the slopes are open, the area is patrolled by the Ski Patrol, whose staff are trained in first aid, evacuation and emergency situations. First aid equipment can be found in all the buildings in our area. We also have a defibrillator at our hotel.
On safaris, our trained instructors will always guide you on the correct use of equipment and tools, and go over precautions to take in case of an emergency. On the ski trails you will find signs and directional signs to help you know where you are.
