Sustainability and safety in Suomu
At Suomu resort, we aim to build a responsible, sustainable and safe working and leisure environment. We regularly inspect and maintain our facilities and equipment, and we ensure that all of our staff has comprehensive training, both at the ski resort and on safaris. Our professional staff is always on hand to help and ready to intervene in the event of an incident. It is important to us that you enjoy your stay and ski safely.
Holiday with peace of mind
For us, it's all about safety. When the slopes are open, the area is patrolled by the Ski Patrol, whose staff is trained in first aid, evacuation and emergency situations. First aid equipment can be found in all of the buildings in our area. We also have a defibrillator at our hotel.
On safaris, our trained instructors will always guide you on the correct use of equipment and tools, and go over precautions to take in case of an emergency. On the ski trails you will find signs and directional signs to help you know where you are.
