The new Aurora Villas in Suomutunturi invite you to enjoy the comforts of a modern holiday cabin in the peaceful fell landscape of Lapland. Opened in January 2026, the villas are located close to the Eastern Suomu ski slopes, about two kilometers from Hotel Suomutunturi. The area has a total of 15 private holiday cabins, offering hotel-level comfort, privacy, and the unique atmosphere of Finnish nature. At our Aurora Villa cabin, you may even be able to experience the unforgettable dancing lights of the northern sky!

Relax under the northern starry sky
In the modern, 30 m² Aurora Villas, you are able watch the northern starry sky or catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights. An eye-catching large skylight in the bedroom area opens a stunning view up to the sky. If you're lucky, you might be able to witness the beauty of the aurora borealis directly from the comfort of your bedroom!
Aurora Villas are ideal for couples, but also accommodating for solo travellers, small families or friend groups. Extra bed option provides room for up to four people. The interior of the compact holiday cabins combine modern elegance with natural materials and textures. A warm Lappish atmosphere invites you to relax. The experience is topped off by a private, traditional Finnish sauna. Here you can enjoy the warm sauna steam at your own pace and cool off in the fresh fell air on your private terrace, or dive into the warmth of the bedroom to enjoy the magnificent Lapland sky.
